Great support for the World Championships in Herning

ECCO, Blue Hors, Stutteri Ask and Longines have today been presented as the first major commercial partners at FEI World Equestrian Championships in Herning 2022. The official logo was also published during a reception at VM Herning 2022's new premises today

The FEI World Equestrian Championship in Herning 2022 will be the largest international equestrian championship in Denmark ever and the largest sporting event on Danish soil in 2022. Denmark is honored to host this World Championship, which consists of four disciplines: dressage, paradressage, showjumping and vaulting. The MCH Exhibition Center Herning, MCH Arena and Jyske Bank Boxen will be the venue for this prestigious event.

“Although we are challenged because of Covid-19, we are actively working on the preparations for the World Championships. There are many parts that need to be assembled and many appointments we need to have in place, but we encounter great enthusiasm and support. It is wonderful to experience, says Casper Cassøe. The organizers today invited sponsors and partners for a reception in the new office space.
“The planning of this mega event is well underway and more and more people get involved in the project. That is why we have rented office space in Hedensted with a view of the E45 motorway, says Jens Trabjerg, who works daily in the new office space.

At the reception, Casper Cassøe and Jens Trabjerg were able to present the first major commercial partners behind The FEI World Equestrian Championship in Herning 2022: ECCO, Blue Hors, Stutteri Ask and Longines, which together with the event partners Danish Equestrian Federation, The Municipality of Herning and Sport Event Denmark has supported the event from the early beginning.
On the same occasion, the organizers were able to present the official logo for FEI World Equestrian Championship developed in collaboration with the international riding association, FEI.

 

Background
The FEI has changed the format of the World Equestrian Games from eight disciplines combined in one place to the possibility of hosting one or more disciplines. FEI awarded Denmark the disciplines dressage, showjumping, paradressage and vaulting at the annual meeting in November 2019. FEI emphasized that they, with Herning as venue and the Danes as partners, had chosen a sure winner. Danish Equestrian Federation, The Municipality of Herning and Sport Event Denmark and the organizers Casper Cassøe and Jens Trabjerg have the experience and framework to make the FEI World Equestrian Championships a world class event.
