at Herning2022

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to contribute to the success of the championships!

One of the greatest sporting events ever hosted in Denmark! 

The world elite meets in Herning in 2022, to compete for gold with their horses, both individually and as a team. 

In order for an event like the World Championships to succeed we need you! We depend on equestrian enthusiasts as Henri's Heroes for carrying out tasks in front of and behind the scenes.  

Being a volunteer at Herning2022

Functions

We need quite a lot of volunteers, approximately 1200 people!

It will involve tasks like participating in different areas as a helper, cleaning areas at the venue and at the camping spots, service helpers, a social media team, guards by the gates and in the stables, and whatever might be needed to make 1000 horses and 200.000 guests feel at home! 

When?

You can volunteer at the following periods or during the entire event!

1st of August from 9.00 AM - to 14th of August 6.00 PM

1st of August from 9.00 AM - to 8th of August 8.00 PM

4th of August from 9.00 AM - to 8th of August 8.00 PM

4th of August from 9.00 AM- to 14th of August 8.00 PM

9th of August from 8.00 AM - to 14th of August 8.00 PM

Our demands

You are minimum 18 years old.

It is an advantage that you master english, but not a requirement

You get the chance to develop lifelong friendships working and enjoying your time at the ECCO FEI World Championships Herning - Denmark 2022. We offer you a unique opportunity to be a part of the biggest equestrian event in 2022! 

You will get a crew package with clothes and accessories. We can provide accommodation for you if needed - food and beverages will of course also be provided during your stay.

Prepare for days of hard work. You will without a doubt go home exhausted - but with memories for life!
